Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) Checklist — Free, Within 3 Days
The SG Arrival Card (SGAC) is a free electronic arrival and health declaration you submit to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) within 3 days before arriving in Singapore, including the day you arrive. It is not a visa — it replaces the old paper “white card”. Verified against ICA, September 2026.
Stage A — Confirm what the SGAC is and is not
- ☐ It is an electronic arrival card — the digital version of the paper Disembarkation/Embarkation (“white”) card — used for entry information and a health declaration.
- ☐ It is not a visa. Submitting an SGAC does not grant entry and does not replace a visa if you need one.
- ☐ It is free. ICA does not support or endorse any paid third-party service that charges for the SGAC.
Stage B — When and how to submit
- ☐ Submit within 3 days before arrival, including the day of arrival.
- ☐ Submit through the official ICA channel or the official MyICA mobile app.
- ☐ Complete the electronic health declaration as part of the same submission.
Stage C — Who does not need one
- ☐ Travellers who are transiting or transferring without passing through immigration clearance.
- ☐ Residents entering via a land checkpoint.
Stage D — Check whether you also need an entry visa
- ☐ An entry visa depends on the country that issued your travel document — check ICA's list.
- ☐ Holding a valid visa does not guarantee entry; the length of stay is set by the e-Pass issued to you at immigration clearance.
Before you travel, also check your passport's validity and condition against passport validity rules and the six-month rule that many destinations apply. For a compliant photo, use the passport photo checker, and shrink any oversized upload with the image compressor.
