The important caveat: no size is published
Togo specifies the quality, composition and background, but not the dimensions. Because nothing is published, this page does not supply a figure — in particular, do not assume the common 35 × 45 mm applies, and note that the official text asks for a light background rather than specifically white. Confirm the exact size with the Togolese service handling your application if the dimensions matter.
